An overview of the night is as follows
- Doors close at 6:20
- 6:30 prompts start
- Election Presentation
- Nominees speech 3 minutes each
- Q&A for each nominee 10 mins (flexible depending on questions)
- Members to cast vote
- Counting of the Vote
- Quran Competition Winners announcement
- New exec revealed
Please note that if you are arriving after the close of doors, voting will not be permitted – This is in the interest of promoting fairness
and you have to be a member to be eligible for voting, otherwise entry is not permitted.
