Islamic Society Election Night

Insha-Allah, the Election Night will proceed as planned this friday. 

Friday, 12 February 2010, 6.30pm-9pm,at H0.51
 
An overview of the night is as follows
  
Note: Members entry ONLY
  • 6:30 prompts start 
  • Election Presentation
  • Doors close 6:45 (Late comers allowed entry but CANNOT vote)
  • Election Presentation
  • Nominees speech for 3 minutes each
  • Q&A for each nominee (duration is flexible depending on time)
  • Members to cast vote
    • Counting of the Vote
  • Quran Competition Winners announcement
  • New exec revealed
Please note that if you are arriving after the close of doors, voting will not be permitted. However, you will be allowed entry – This is in the interest of promoting fairness. Kindly note that only members are eligible for voting, otherwise entry is not permitted. You can still become a member by going online on http://www.warwicksu.com/societies/islamic/
